Out of the two I would have to go with the 92, I wont get into the whole no one knows how long plastic will last but I will say that I myself would go with steel / alloy any day but it also just boils down to what you prefer.
I have bunch of handguns, long guns, and a couple shottys but the 357 2 1/2" SP101 is my go to house gun and it stays loaded bed side with 38 125gr +p's. The SP101 is the perfect trade off in my opinion for weight, durability, and ease of use.
Disappointment :(
I know that polymer seems to be what some folks want these days but I would have truly loved to see them come out with a new all metal auto us folks that aren't into the plastic fantastics.
In Kentucky it is called a (CCDW) and allows concealed carry of any deadly weapon from brass knucks to batons :neener:. Here is what it states -
The term includes items such as handguns and other firearms, knives (other than ordinary pocket and hunting knives), police batons, clubs...
Actually CZ started mass production in 1975, just because they aren't popular in the US I would say all the sources claiming it is the most used military and LE handgun is true. Leave the US and you will see more than Glocks. BTW I love my Glock so no trashing Glocks here also love my 3 CZ's :)
