    Bidgunner.com

It's hilarious to me that the .gov says I can bid on penny auctions, but I CANNOT EVER gamble online on sports or poker. It's an absurd distinction.

    Am I doing right?

Don't no-questions-asked gun buybacks create a market (increase demand) for stolen guns? What happens when demand goes up?

    Bushmaster ar-15s

I think you can do better for less/same money. Del Ton/PSA/M&A/JSE/J&T are all worth checking out. Oh, and it's fun to build it yourself and you keep 11% of the value from going to the gubmint.

Is the 6.8spc a dying cartridge?

Seems like there are lots of uppers/kits for 6.8 ARs out there. I'd consider building one if I could hunt with it....(PA)

    Saiga: Should I stop here?

Do the full conversion. The trigger pull just gets tons better. Plus, LOP and ergos are better (relatively). You can keep the BHO lever. Plus, it's pretty fun. Check the saiga-12 forum for tons of info if you haven't already.

OMG!!!! I did the worst thing I've ever done to a gun today!

Easiest would probably be Brownells Alumahyde II....Follow the prep instructions closely and you'll be OK.

How many guns do you take to the range?

Carry gun + 2-4 others. If I am "hosting" a bunch of non-shooters it's more.

    G36s?

I've spend lots of time behind a full auto version with the built in optic and bipod. It's fun, like any full auto. I also like the charging handle setup. Pretty accurate. I'd rather go AR. (Well, I'd rather go away from 5.56, but that's another story....)

    Whats your home defense weapon?

870 Police Magnum with a Knoxx folder and a Glock 22.

    AR-15 Purchasing Options

Build one. The "everything but the stripped lower" kits from del-ton are a good deal too. They are really pretty easy to build.

ATF Shotgun Study - Link Inside

In order for them to be legal they ship from Russia with no more than 5 round mags. After they are 922r compliant (like the one in the link) anything goes mag wise. Izzy makes 8 rounders but they are hard to get here.

ATF Shotgun Study - Link Inside

. Your Saiga shotgun came with a 10 round factory mag?

ATF Shotgun Study - Link Inside

Balrog, yes, I think the Saiga is safe. And as long as it complies with 922r (post alteration) its legal. What concerns me is the possibility that the ATF gets into the business of "modability" of firearms - ie if they are able to take drum mags, etc.

Your first HD gun or guns?

S&W 586. Now its either a Glock 22 or an 870 Police Magnum.
