It's always fun trying but you'll be amazed how much better you are next time around when you actually know what your ammo is doing. Any day at the range is better than a day at work! Have fun.
600 yards will be easy with those projectiles. The real question is do you know how they will behave out of your rifle at that range. You should never start a competition with an unknown rifle/ammo combination because that is a recipe for low scores. I've already tested this concept for you:what:

Violence may indeed increase but I would submit that it would increase against the bad guys. After a period of time the violence would slow considerably when the bad guys realize they may get hurt in their chosen profession.
