I did. Only spent $350 and got a rifle that relies on about as simple and reliable a firing mechanism as you can find in any gun. Plus any parts that could wear out are inexpensive and easy to find.

I wasn't sure if I liked the Burris Tac30 on it but the more I looked at it and shouldered it the more I liked it. Plus I mounted it with quick-detach Leupold rings so I can throw a red dot on there easily if I want.

I've got a 2-7x Redfield on my Ruger .338RCM and have had no issues. Holds zero and is nice and compact. Decent glass for the price. I would buy another.
