The 452 Lux has a nice cheekweld on the stock, rubber buttpad, gold trigger, and the barrel is 4" longer on the Lux. I'd get the Lux for the extra money. But that seems slightly high. My local gun shop sells trainers for $310 out the door and Lux's for $330 out the door.

Eotech 512 with a LaRue QD mount is a good setup. The 512 uses readily-available AA batteries that last up to 1100 hours. It isn't NV compatible, but it sounds like you're not going to be using it for that anyway. Aimsurplus.com has them for $377.99 with 1 cent shipping I believe.
