The law effected those whose convictions occurred before the law went into effect. It doesn't matter what the charge is: It could be anything from domestic assault to having your charge plead down to jaywalking. If the charge stems from a DV case then you might as well kiss your guns good bye.

IIRC the Federal Gov't says that even things done just locally have an affect on interstate commerce.

Aside from the frame crack: I looks very similar to peening I have seen on a friend's Glock 35.

By the looks of what's here: I would say the last one was just silver soldered to the barrel. I can make one and reattach it, then just use it to shoot black powder cartridges for cowboy shoots.
