Show em' ... If ya got em'

Ferret 50 BMG is one of my favorites. But my SBR is kinda cool too I just got an M1A SOCOM 16 ... but no photos yet. I have the feeling that this will become a favorite too! And I building up a .308 bolt gun, if it comes out like I think it will, it will be nice too.

    what m1a would you choose?

I just bought a SOCOM 16 (with the comp) in the green stock. But that wasn't a choice in the poll ;)

Show us The inside of your gun safes!

All any lock, safe, or vault does it serve to try to keep and honest man honest. Given enough time, the right amount of determination, and the proper materials .... anyone can breech just about anything. All I want to do is make it so the time and trouble it would take to get into my vault...

Yup, full size dehumidifier. When they were pouring the walls, I gave them a piece of 1" PVC to sleeve the concrete. Then, when it was complete, I put in the dehumifier and ran the hose through the wall and to the floor drain in the utility room. I have a thermometer that shows relative...

The kick isn't too bad - I've not shot a Barrett, so I can't compare the two. I don't shoot it a lot, but when I do it lets me know it's there. :)

Hey - I'll play ..... It's not really a 'safe' ..... so to speak - but it is pretty safe! I built my vault when I poured my basement. Thought you might like some dimensions .... the walls are 10" thick steel reenforced concrete. I had the concrete guys pour a solid 'footer'...

No - the back of the bolt retracts into the empty buffer-tube in the AR lower. It is a single shot, but the bolt, loading gate, and ejection of the case, is done just like any other bolt action.

If you meant a 1799 Draped Bust Large Cent - You got a deal! :D (If you can find one that you can read the date on it will cost you four grand or more. By the time they are in ExtraFine state they are upwards of 100K)

From what I have read, the longer the barrel, the more velocity you will get, but you will have an increase in recoil as well. The range I shoot on has a 500 yard max distance - so I figure that the most of my shooting will be done at or below 500 yards. I weighed all the options and...

My new toy - 1st post too

I made a couple changes Well - I shot it - and I liked it ..... but I thought it could be better. I contacted David from Spider Firearms and had him alter it. It now has a 24" barrel. I decided to mount my Zeiss on top too. And chaged to a MagPul stock. I like it much...

Is the "gun show loophole" real?

What concerns me about the politicians that want to end the sale of firearms between individuals at gun shows, is that most of them say that this action will not affect the way you can sell a gun to your brother-in-law, or other private sales between individuals .... only at gun shows. Then...
