    Thinking About a Derringer...

I didn't know you guys were including the NAA mini revolver also. I've shot those as well and they are way more accurate than the Bond Arms. But they still aren't target guns. They can also be a pleasure to shoot with the correct grip. I would pick the NAA over the Bond Arms any day.

Found a bullet I had shot today.

Yep I do the wet phone book thing to test my hp ammo. So I find my bullets on purpose. The only one I found still intact and not expanded was the gold dot.

    Thinking About a Derringer...

I've shot the Bond Arms .45/.410 multiple times. First, don't plan on it being fun to shoot. Second, the ammo is extremely expensive. Third, the .45 wasn't accurate at all. Fourth, the .410 pattern was huge! At 7 feet the pattern covered a 10x12 target. But they are cool looking and are...

    Painted ammo cans

That does look nice. But a cheaper way to do it is what I did. I just have all the cans with the handle toward you since that is a blank side. Then I used a label maker to make labels for all the cans.

Orlando, FL: good public indoor ranges?

Yeah but you have to jump through hoops of fire to get in to shoot. First you have to fill out application, appear in front of a jury (twice), learn the super secret hand shake, attend gun safety meetings, show proper gun handling on range, go threw probation period, pay money on top of all...

Orlando, FL: good public indoor ranges?

Never heard of it and the phone number listed is the sharper image. So my guess is No.

Orlando, FL: good public indoor ranges?

I looked into that TopGun thing some more. They refuse to release the name of the range. But they did tell me the general area it is located in. The only range I know of in that area is Shoot Straight Casselberry location. Hope that helps, so now you know exactly what it would cost to go...

Orlando, FL: good public indoor ranges?

joab - I haven't found an air conditioned indoor range anywhere in Orlando. Did you happen to go during summer? It can get really hot inside indoor ranges. But they don't care if you step out for a bit and cool off in the store then go back in.

Boulder Police Stop Using Ammo After Mishap

A police officer using reloaded ammo is just idiotic. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they did it to save 1 million dollars a year. Well guess what...when 1 cop dies or gets mutilated by it, it will cost millions more to pay them off.

Orlando, FL: good public indoor ranges?

I forgot to mention if you do want to spend $125 per person to go out and shoot. Don't do that topgun thing, let me know. You can pay me the $125 plus the cost of ammo and I will bring any of my guns you want to shoot.

Orlando, FL: good public indoor ranges?

I would recommend shoot straight over the others for a tourist. They are in the nicer parts of town, the shops are clean, and they have lots to rent. But they do not rent fully automatic guns. There are some shops that do but they are in rougher parts. That topgun thing looks like a joke...

    ccwhere.com -- a cool idea!

Interesting. Someone should post this on some big forums like ar15 and gt. So more can add to it.
