Took it apart
No manufacturer markings other than a serial number on lug of barrel and on receiver on side of tang that is only visible with stock removed. The number also is on the wood and back of butt plate.
On barrel it is stamped champion but not prominently. Iver had a champion but it...
Anyone ever seen this style lever?
I've been digging through pics of shotguns and can't find a side lever that is part of the trigger guard.
Anyone else have any ideas where to turn?
Can somebody please give me a clue as to what I've got here? It seems to be a 12 gauge, 32" with no markings accept what appears to be a serial number on lug of barrel visible when open. It's a top break that has a side-lever which is also the trigger guard than opens action.
The S&W 4506 IS a great gun. Don't let somebody else's opinion make your decision. You really should find a friend or someone on here close to your location that has one and test drive it. I carried one for twelve years before the agency switched to Glocks. Mine functioned flawlessly for all...

I'm with you, the car stories sure sound like B.S. I could be wrong and usually am.
That is a great "come-back" line. Too many people on this board talk out of their Arse and are a little too quick to quip.
Well done and very High Road.
I bought my previously owned Seecamp in 1990(?) or so and I think I paid $300. I was offered as much as $800 for it when the waiting list was long due to such high demand and the quality craftsmanship. I didn't sell it and to this day will not. It's been acurately compared here to your...
GunBroker is a great site to find deals. I have found quite a few and when I was selling something, I've had great luck. I did the dollar thing but never the level of identification you were asked for. Give em an email, they have always been responsive to my questions.
I'll tell you what would be a better test. I will start beating you with a crutch. You decide when it's a good idea to defend yourself with a level of force that can overcome the crutch.
Change the scenario a little. Lets say a man in his 50's(thinkin most Judges are not much younger) is...
I swear, you could actually post a thread about giving away free guns to 2nd amendment advocates and food to starving missionaries on this board and somehow....an arguement would start.
The posts with links to ANY data are more usefull to us than ones with just speculation. It really boils...
