Anyone ever seen this style lever? I've been digging through pics of shotguns and can't find a side lever that is part of the trigger guard. Anyone else have any ideas where to turn?

Can somebody please give me a clue as to what I've got here? It seems to be a 12 gauge, 32" with no markings accept what appears to be a serial number on lug of barrel visible when open. It's a top break that has a side-lever which is also the trigger guard than opens action.
