Thanks for the info everyone. Well I was wrong after family dinner I went downstairs to take a closer look at it and I found a metal tag on the left side and it's not a mec 600 JR, it would be a Mec 400 Super Speeder. Did a quick google search and I might be SOL anyway, looks like that model has...
So my grandpa told me I could have his old mec 12 gauge shotgun shell reloader he bought in the 70's sometime. He hasn't used it in years and it's just collecting dust in his basement and I can come get it whenever I want. He also warned me and said but you are probably going to have to buy some...
Well I went to the range on Saturday and everyone of them shot just fine. Only issue I had was two out of the 100 short stroked on the last shot and it didn't lock the slide back. Happen once with my Beretta 92a1 and once with my ruger sr9c. Thinking my powder drop didn't drop 4.6 grains in...
Thanks for the replies. I will just leave them alone and stick to my original OAL of 1.13 next time, since I know that load works just fine.
EDIT:
Thanks for the links too. I will defiantly check those out.
So I have been reloading 9mm for about three to fours now and I am thinking I might have goofed on this batch I just made.
Here is my normal recipe.
Bullet - Barreys 115 Grain plated LRN.
Powder - 4.6g of WES231 (MAX is 4.8 Grains in my lee book and on hodgon website for lead data. My...
I am thinking about making my 1st batch of ed's red this weekend and I can't seem to find any information on if it is safe to let small gun parts soak in the solution for a while?
The reason I ask is because the acetone scares me a bit and I don't want to run the risk of ruing my Shotgun...
wow I am sorry to hear that, I have been toying with the idea of getting a Rossi M94 in 45LC for a cowboy action. But after reading your experience I just might keep my 300 bucks.
Finally I think I found what I am looking for.

Well I didn't see anything on their website, but I might call them tomorrow and see if they do make stocks for a long action. Funny thing is while I was looking around on their website I noticed they are from Dodge City Kansas and that is I think 3 hours away from me.
Oh i was just using that stock as an example it was the first one I saw on midway for long action. I would like a bell & carlson but I can't find any that are in centerfire long action just short action. So I am just thinking about what you said paint in black and call it good.
Glad I was told wrong on 25-06 being short action, and it will just take a barrel swap.
Doing some more searching and it looks like I was confused and savage changed to centerfeed is after 2006. So all those long action stocks on midway will probably not work for a new model 200. What sucks...
