Thanks for the responses. I went to the store today looking to get one. They didn't have one, and I walked out with a CZ P-07 updated version instead. The CZ was on my list also. But I'm still going to keep a look out for the FSN9c as it appears to be a solid gun from the way you guys are...

Just so happens that is what I just picked up today. The updated version. The P-09 was a little too big for me. Went out looking at the FNS9c and ended up with the CZ. Go figure. If it shoots half as well as the PCR, I will be happy.

Thanks Tom. Do you have any experience with the M&P9c, Glock 19, or Glock 26? If so, how would you compare the accuracy and other attributes of the FNS9c with those? (I won't ask how it compares to my beloved CZ models, because I have not found anything that can. :))

Looking to buy something new, and the FNS9c caught my eye. Put it next to the M&P9c and looked to be the same size, which is about the size I want. I know it hasn't been out long and I'm always hesitant to buy something that new. Any opinions from anyone that has one? Thanks!

A new M&P will cost more in .45 than 9mm or .40. I've been seeing used M&Ps in 9mm going for around $400 in my area, so the $430 may not be a bad price if it's in good shape and with the extra mag.

I've seen convertible IWB/OWB holsters before (but I can't remember who made them.) So who has used one one and how does it do for you for CC?

I was curious myself about the PCR and what it stands for. One site I found said "Police[of the]Czech Republic" as it was the gun they carried perhaps? What I can tell you with certainty, owing one myself, is that it is a great 9mm, accurate, fun to shoot, and not real hard to conceal. Go for...

I once walked into a local store asking if they carried CZ products. Was specifically trying to find a PCR. The guy behind the counter said "No, but I have some Taurus guns over here, they're just as good if not better than CZ." What could I do but laugh and then turn around and walk out.

For compact, the CZ PCR. After that, the Glock 19/23. For subcompact, I guess the Glock 26, though subcompacts have fallen out of favor with me.

Has anyone had any luck with CCW and using paddle holsters. I know the Fobus aren't the best for me as the print is quite noticeable. How about some of the leather paddle holsters?
