Anyone else been having trouble trying to claim their free gear? When I try to choose file to upload my receipt, the darn button doesn't allow me to choose a file to upload. When I hit the button to d I wnload the form to do it by mail, it doesn't download anything. What gives? Or am I doing something wrong?
 
What web browser do you use? I've run into problems with some scripts not working properly with some browsers, whenever I need to schedule service for my car I always have to remember to open Internet Explorer because the scheduler won't open in Chrome.
 
Worked fine for my wife on Firefox. Every computer we have has at least two browsers, mine has three, for this very reason. No matter what a site may claim, some just don't work well at all on certain browsers. Our three are Internet Explorer (10 or 11), Firefox (42.0 currently) and whatever the latest Chrome Browser is. I have Firefox portable and so far it's worked on all sites I've tried too.
