Sig or beretta?

For anyone concerned with the Beretta safety/decocker, there are now a few options.

One option is the Wilson Combat single-sided low profile lever. It virtually eliminates any possibility of unintentionally putting the safety on, no matter how hard you manhandle the slide during drills.

An even better option (IMO) is the upcoming G conversion kit from Beretta. Beretta reps on other gun forums have said this kit will work on all M9/FS models, and will be an easy install. This changes the safety/decock lever to a decock-only.

And yes, Beretta discontinued the standard 96 and replaced it with the 96A1 to address durability issues with the 96 frame and the .40 S&W cartridge.

There isnt a gun I shoot better than a Beretta, so Beretta for me.

does the 2022 share any aftermarket with other sigs? if so then the aftermarket may not be all that bad but the beretta will definitely have more going for it if you want more options for customizing it

If you are looking for other options in the polymer DA/SA category you should consider the HK P2000. The prices of the HK hammer guns seem to have dropped significantly now that striker guns are the most popular.

Get a Beretta PX4 Storm in .40. Polymer. Hammer fired. DA/SA. Can be converted to a G model (decocker only) at zero cost in minutes.
