I went back 10 pages of C&R Search and did not figure it out. I read the ATF helpful pages and that did not really make it clear either.

So....

I want to start liquidating my pre-WWII revolvers.

So can I sell and ship my C&R legal revolvers and semi-auto's to a C&R holder in another state if I ship it correctly (not by mail, not by UPS storefront, but by Fed Ex overnight)?

Thank you very much. I will do exactly that.

What I will start selling off is a bunch (40 or so) of S&W 38/44s and Pre-27's. I also have a Black army 1911 and Broomhandle that are C&R.

PM me if interested.

Remember the guns don't have to be that old. Any gun before this date in 1966 has C&R status.

Even some less than 50 year old exceptions, such as the CZ 82 Czech pistol, exist. If a historian or museum keeper, etc. can convince the BATFE, then the "younger" firearms will appear on the list.

Contact the ATF for definitive info on any item you are unsure about.
