I have a compact 10-20 leupy that came with a bulky bag but I want something like a sock or maybe just some retained caps or shomething? I was thinking a neoprene sock like I use for my scopes, but somehow have it retained on the optic would be ideal. Here's what it looks like. Anyone know where I could find something like this?

Leupold Gold has a very different shape to any other spotter. I doubt a neoprene cover exists that can be purchased that will retain on the scope.

I would however suggest actually looking at a neoprene sock commonly found in outdoor or marine stores. you may be able to find one that fits remotely well and if you're handy with a glovers needle make a make-shift cover by cutting off and stitching where needs be. Just a thought if you cant find a factory option.

Northwest scope shield, or something to that effect. It's a neoprene bootie that fits over the scope and has a loop that goes over the stock so you don't lose it.

Yeah ttundra you're right about the shape. I think you're also right about adapting something else to fit it. Pity that Leupold didn't provide a nice cover for this unit.

I'll check out Nw scope shield and see what they offer. Of course there's no stock on this scope but maybe it can tie back to itself.
