If there was a "Thread of the Day" award, this would get a Gold Medal.

The fact Paul7 has no idea he's being "taken to school" is my comic relief for the day.

You mean where after three pages CraigC finally agreed with my point that you can't get a new production Colt SAA .45 for $1,200? Whatever turns your crank.

No, it took three pages for you two to clarify your own statements, that I have already quoted numerous times.

Paul7. I'll give ya a little piece of advice. When someone who genuinely knows what they're talking about is talking, you might want to listen. ;)

Completely wrong, I've corrected you many times on this. In the context of my sentence where I discussed MSRP and a long wait from the Colt factory, it obviously meant new production, which I said was not available for $1,200. It took you 3 pages to admit that, in between tangents on reloading, pricing on previously owned guns and all your other firearms. You may know more about SAAs than me, but your reading comprehension is really bad.

No relation. Just smart enough to listen and learn from those with first hand real world experience. There are some people on this and other forums you could learn a lot from if you are willing to pay attention. ;)

You're not very smart and you're not good at listening if you think MSRP and long wait from the Colt factory refers to previously owned guns. Do you know what MSRP means?

Nothing wrong with Colts, New Vaqueros, Cimarrons, Ubertis, Piettas, or even Heritages.

Go with what you like, can afford, and can shoot. And don't criticize the other guy for doing just that.

This thread is beginning to reek of uric acid. :barf: :uhoh: :p

Enjoy your Heritage. No Colt safe queens here, well maybe except for my Python.

and savit260 I worry about those who will vote for Hillary or Bernie as most know their antigunners, that makes these comments over colt etc! but I vote pro gun and support NRA! i'm proud to be American! :)

I must have missed the memo about not shooting Colts. I have Uberiti, and Pietta replicas as well as a well worn 1st Gen SAA ( and various other Colts) and they all get worn and are all good revolvers.

Curious why Paul7 won't shoot his Python??
It is like new and pretty pristine, the only gun I have I don't shoot much. I shoot it every year or two. I've got a '65 Colt Trooper and some Official Police and Army Special's I shoot regularly.
