Kestak, By now you probably are overwhelmed with " I got a -----" but for an ankle a Remington RM 380 is compact, all metal and DAO. Just might fill your needs.

Personally I think the Kahr CW380 is the perfect ankle gun.

The Kahr CW380 would be another good choice. My own requirements for an ankle gun would be in a semi-auto (.380 or 9mm.), or a revolver (.38 Special), would be: double action trigger, decent sights, very compact, and lightweight.

Either a 23 or a 27. Will take the same mags obviously.
I carried a 19 on my ankle for years; you get used to the weight. And, no, I'm not a huge guy.
