Just be careful. Adding any wear to that gun will decrease it's collectors value. I wouldn't shoot it or carry it much, if at all, since it is in such fine collector's condition.
Love that Lawman Mk.III! Had both a Mk.III and a MK.V with 4" barrels but would have liked to have had one of the snubnose versions too. Thanks for sharing.
I owned a two inch barrel Lawman, nickel plated, some years ago. Nice shooter with standard and +P .38 Special ammo. A real flame thrower with magnum rounds which is to be expected. You made a nice purchase. That is a stout and beautiful piece.
don't dry fire that model ! The sintered parts in the firing pin are known to break and I don't know who can repair it anymore. If you dry fire it use good snap caps. Live ammo will not hurt it either, it will last a looooong time. These are very nice guns and yours is pretty.
They were also known as "ear wax guns" when a magnum round goes off in that 2" barrel
I picked my snub Lawman Mk3 in much more carried condition but mechanically excellent fir $349 and thought i stole it. Great guns. Comparable to an L frame Smith.
