What is the last gun that you bought?

...I picked up my Nighthawk from my local FFL last night and saw one in the flesh for the first time. Assuming these were serial numbered sequentially, it must have been one of the last ones made and, as far as I can tell, it must be darn near unfired. Other than a bit of shine in the very middle of the firing pin, I can't see any wear. I haven't had it to the range yet...

UPDATE: I shot the Nighthawk at the local range last Friday night. I was pleased how well it worked. I had no malfunctions running three different brands of JRN ammo through it. The tiny ghost-ring rear sight looked pretty sketchy to me, but in practice it worked fine. I was at a 25-yard indoor range and it was my first time out, so I kept my target distance to 20 yards, but that's not an unrealistic distance for the type of gun it is. I was able to turn a full 30-round magazine into a single shaggy hole with only two outliers (both totally due to flawed technique on my part, not the weapon). My wife then picked it up and started punching the bullseye from the very first round, so it suited her, too.

During April 2017 I've purchased two; a Taurus 85 and Kel-Tec P-32

Already own two P-32's and the 85 is my first Taurus. Became interested in it after renting one at the range. So far so good.

I almost bought a Taurus 85 a couple months back. It was the "ultra lite" version. Man that thing was light!

The most recent gun I bought was a Sig P320 RX. So far I'm very happy with it. This is my first handgun with optics on it... it takes a little getting used. After a couple of boxes of ammoI felt I was fairly quick with it.

Taurus pt111 millennium G2 Small double stack 12+1 great for Carry has eaten everything I have put in it with no problems I am a glock man but have been impressed with this little pistol for the price $250

A pair of Ruger M77 Hawkeyes from CDNN Sports.
Synthetic stock .308 Win and one of the limited production Hogue stocked versions in .,270 Win. Both brand new and priced that I couldn't refuse.

Last purchase?
Old Stevens 987 .22lr rifle for the astoundingly average price of $100 with a cheap scope.

I picked it up from an older gentleman who just wouldn't use it anymore, and plan on giving it to my son.

Should make him a nice plinker.

Savage MSR15 Recon model in .223 Wylde. Has been a super accurate AR so far. Looking for a 65 Grendel upper to slap on it now to use it for hunting.

Sig P290rs. Trigger like a double action revolver, a little heavier than the Kel-tec PF9 it replaces but much more accurate and easier to shoot

One of those surplus P7s from CDNN. My collection no longer has any rhyme or reason to it.

Mine either. I am bipolar with my firearm collection. I seem drift to whatever grabs my attention at the time.

I am a black rifle guy buy watched a WW1 documentary. Now I want a GEW 98

Lol

I too suffer from "Ooh, shiny!" syndrome. I have a "to buy" list but it is more likely that I go off-list.

Last thing I bought was a Seecamp 32, which was definitely off-list.

Norinco 213 9mm pistol. Bought it yesterday, took it to the range today.

Stripped it and lubed it before I took it out, it was dry as a bone. Functioned perfectly and shoots straight even with cheap ammo. Pretty sure it's a keeper, even with the hokey safety and the oversize plastic grips.

Just to try and stay true to your first thread I'll do both. First firearm: No5 Mk1 Fazakerly "Jungle Carbine" that had been butchered for my first deer hunting rifle. The butt stock is off a No1 Mk3, the rear sight had been removed and the flash hider had been hacked off. I call it Frankenfield and it looks like crap. Worked well for the kind of hunting I was into at the time and I still have it. My eldest wants me to leave it to him when I Kark it! No sweat, it isn't worth squat anyway. Last firearm I paid for is a Zastava CZ99 .22wmrf. Bought it for work so no real story behind it. It works ok.
