I will probably get flamed about this, but Baby Brownings have quite positive angles on both the sear and the striker and relatively big mating surfaces. On a technically sound gun it's very hard, almost impossible, to make it accidentally discharge. The safety is the real (mental) problem - it only disengages the trigger bar, nothing else. I'm not advocating carrying one loaded, just explaining the technical issues - such as that the striker's cocking notch cannot shear easily. I believe that most of the AD reports are coming from owners with well worn, or neglected guns. But don't carry one loaded, OK?...The striker can shear easily, causing a discharge...
They are a 100% replica of the original Baby Browning...Getting off topic, but do the new US made PSA guns have a similar warning about carrying +1?
