Note that she and the other women are shooting air pistols.
There is a line of indigenous firearms, copies of Webley, S&W, and Browning.
I bet it is tough to get a carry permit and probably like England, if she were to shoot an assailant, would be prosecuted.

Good points Jim.

She shoots in the ISSF (International Shooting Sports Federation) affiliate in India.

Which is air pistol and rifle (and shotgun but what they shoot I don't know). Which pretty much is all allowed in India to other than cops, soldiers, the rich, etc. Though honestly I don't know much about the laws in India.

I don't know much about ISSF and Olympic shooting in general.

Tomar comes from a family of shooters it seems and her story, and theirs, is promoted in India as an example of Indian women making progress it seems.

She also promotes the idea of self defense with firearms which means more than air pistols.

You see her below down at the bottom.

That she's shooting something and still working it seems sets a good example for me anyway.

If I shot that group off handed at age 84, I'd be satisfied.
Agreed, but I don't think it's necessarily competitive. Its got shots outside the black, according to the target shown here, the largest black is 75mm, or approx. 3" in diameter. At 33', I don't believe that would win you many medals, but I could be wrong. Also possible it's one of her student's targets.

We don't know whose target it is that was shown in the video. Trying to draw sweeping conclusions from a brief view of someones target seems not so useful. Especially when there are other ways to find out how good a shooter she is.

According to several sources she has won over 20 "national" titles in India. What specifically those titles and awards are I don't know, nor do I know the level of competition. I could probably spend an hour or so trying to find out, but I'm not that deep into it. Others can try.

What seems to be clear is that she is a good shot with air pistol and rifle and has been an inspiration to others and continues to be. Oh and she trains folk, old and young to shoot. That's good enough for me.
