As the title states, with quality AR15s at around the $399 mark (and that doesn't even seem to be rock bottom yet) it got me thinking, is there anyone left that doesn't already have at least one?
Cheers.
Cheers.
How is not owning an AR15 irresponsible? Not my primary interest by any means, but I'll admit to owning one. Seems like the responsible thing to do ...
Didn't mean to pull anyone's chain, but I think ownership is at one level a political statement. The Constitution enumerates a right that I think is also a responsibility. As a parent, I have a responsibility to instruct my children in the safe and proper use of firearms. If they subsequently choose not to own guns, that's their choice. But I fulfilled my responsibility as a parent. Likewise, if others choose not to own an AR15, that is their choice. But to me, it is a responsible thing to do. As ARs are not really my thing, my ownership of one is a principled position rather than an interest-driven choice. Again, no offense intended; other's may choose differently. How is not owning an AR15 irresponsible?
There isn't a poll response for me. I have had three and traded them all for guns I wanted more. I might pick one up again, but then I'm likely to trade it off, if the trade is in my favor.
