Looking for critique on a new mag loader

My next scheduled class is 2300 rounds. Something like this could be handy.

I'd be in for sure. I bring ten .40 Glock mags and ten 9mm mags to class, and it's still a ton of reloading all the time.

You'd also have a market at the Vegas style rental ranges for sure.

Rigid batteries are backwards compatible with tools and chargers, have a free lifetime replacement for batteries issued with a tool, and a 3 year warranty when purchased separately.

Meh...

Buying the OP's product and knowing I'm having to use a battery with a 3yr warranty doesn't make me feel any better.

But that's me. I also don't buy any flash lights that I can't buy batteries from any and every store I happen to see.

He wanted feed back. That's mine.

To be fair, it seems pretty neat. But I'm not in his target market either.

I think that is one neat toy. Very impressive. For me I would not have enough need for it to justify $250. My Uplula is the last loader I will ever need. That was a practical invention worth $25-$30.

Cool idea, but as mentioned, it is a bit pricey for my needs. I used to load up a bunch of mags before going to the range, but have learned as I get older to just load them while I am there. It gives me a break between sessions to clear my mind and to let the barrel cool.

Would be great if our club would buy one for USPSA matches!
I like it, how foolproof is it? If a bunch of different club members were using it, can it get jammed up Easily?

You can walk into any home depot in the country and pick one up. We chose it for the availability. Is there a better option? I'd think the battery wouldn't have been that big of an issue.

I have a Rigid 1/2" cordless drill. Excellent drill but the battery failed quickly and Rigid would do nothing about it. Maybe they are better now but I refuse to spend more money on something that had a short life and no manufacturer support.

I could see your invention as a plus for a club or group of shooters, but as a lone gunman I'll load my magazines as always: one at a time.

I see you folks referring to the batteries as manufactured as "Rigid". Are you sure it is not Ridgid, as in the power tool line?

Just asking the question.

The version we are on now has loaded over 4k rounds without as single jam. It'll go through many revisions before it's released

And yes, it is Ridgid lol
