Traded my lightly used FN FNS-9 for a Canik TP9SF Elite and some cash.

I will take it to the range and do some shooting. I really like the ergos of the Canik and the trigger feels amazing. The reset is VERY short.

Anyone else on the forum have the Elite?

I'll be curious to see what you think; I've been considering an Elite since I found out about them.

The FNS-9 was a good gun, but I've been curious about the TP9SF Elite as they have a great trigger.

I'll post range pics next time I take it shooting.

I handled one at my LGS, but haven't fired one. I agree, the trigger is quite good - far better than any other striker-fired pistol I HAVE fired (Glock, M&P, XD, P320, VP9). I'll look forward to your impressions.

I thought about the Canik TP9SF Eliet, but ended up getting the Beretta APX. I may still get a Canik , but will keep the Beretta and my FNS9. One can never have enough guns.
I look forward to hearing how the Canik shoots.

My nephew has a TP9SF (not the Elite) and it feels great with a very nice trigger. I haven't had a chance to shoot it, but it sure feels good in the hand.

I own the TP9SA and the TP9v2, so all the mags for those guns will fit the Elite. FN is REAL proud of their mags charging ~$40 each.

Just got a TP9SFX. Pushed the sights to match my needs and now have 750 rounds through the pistol. Shoots better than I do so it is going on the nightstand. Only one FTF as a result of my reloading skills. Love the trigger and short reset.

I want a SF Elite in the worst way. However I'm going to wait a bit longer. I've seen a few vids on YT where there were feeding issues so that is enough to make me wait.

When I bought my TP9SA I could hardly find anything negative about it online. And it has proven to be a GREAT shooter in every aspect 2k+ rounds later.

If the bugs get worked out of the SF Elite I will for sure buy one.
