Got a navy arms bolt action 45-70 no serial. # made before 1968. the shells are loaded from the top and you can unload it by pushing a button in front of the trigger and the shells fall out the bottom. Not sure , but it maybe a siamese mauser action. anyone know what I'm talking about .

The Navy Arms, bolt action, .45-70 was indeed built on a Siamese Mauser. Siamese Mausers were made in Japan under contract for the Siamese government. It's essentially a K98 professionally bubba'd by Navy Arms.
Yes the shotgun news was full of ads for those. As I recall they where in a rimmed 8mm case oridginily.

I examined one closely and decided brass butt plate of small surface area was not enough to tame recoil force of standard hunting round in .45-70. Unless shooting them mild cowboy loads you're pretty brave to pull trigger on that thing.

Originally, an 8×50mmR with an RN that wasn't the same as the Mannlicher or Lebel. Later an 8 x 52R with a spitzer.
"...brass butt plate of small surface area was not enough to..." Isn't on the hordes of No. 1 and No. 4 Lee-Enfields either.
