Help me ID an old percussion cap muzzle loader?

A guy at my work was going to throw these rifles away, but thankfully knowing I collect firearms he asked me if I wanted them. It looked like he kept them in a bucket of water in his basement. But with liberal application of Ballistol and 0000 steel wool they cleaned up pretty nice. Anyway, I can't ID the muzzle loader. I know it may of been made by some unknown gunsmith but I am curious if anyone knows what it may be?

Substitute standard for both sides during Civil War, third most common after Enfield and Springfield.
