Folks,
Since my universal decapping die thread had so many comments I decided to make a video showing the first step of my process and use of the mighty armory decapping die. Comments and feedback are always welcome:

Glad you are satisfied with the Mighty Armory Decapping Die.

I've been using a Lee Universal decapping die for the last twenty-five or so years and the only time I've seen the decapping rod come up has been when I've hit berdan primed cases or IK headstamp brass with undersize flashholes. The Lee Decapping die and my Lee Speed Dies for 38 Special and 45 ACP (no longer made) are the only Lee reloading dies I've been truly satisfied with.

I can tell you from experience if the pin will hit a berdan you will feel the pressure change immediately. Stop and look at your case.
Pin cost are a bit high but they are design to last years. There's not a primer in any case it won't plow thru.
If you don't over pressure a berdan it will last a lifetime.
They are Warranteed for a year.

Which press are you using?

OK, that's not so bad then. The web page should mention that.

C-H 205 single stage, Lee Classic Turret and Dillon 650 for rifle cartridges.

If you want to use on all presses get the Blue or Magnum. If used on just Single or Turret get the Bull.

Good video, but I don't see what this die offers over a regular universal decapper. I have used a Lee universal decapping die from the start and I have never had issues. That said, my process is completely different from the OP and I only use the universal when I am removing live or mangled primers. Otherwise I decap and resize in the same step - but I also don't care about my primer pockets.

If you are happy with the Mighty Armory setup don't let me hold anyone back, but I can't see the attraction to it.

Never have broke or bent a LEE decapping pin and if I ever do they are guaranteed for life. The Lee pins are roller bearings and much heavier then my RCBS pins.

The Mighty die certainly seems well made, but diminishing returns, is it needed for that price??

I have never broken a decapping pin in the 20 years that l have been reloading and l use hornady dies
