Has anyone purchased this BCG from PSA?

I have had decent luck with the PSA BCG and this one is HPT/MPI which is good. For $60 bucks you did good. I prefer 158 bolt steel, but really have nothing to back that up with other than preference. If the heat treat is good on the 9310 bolt it is fine as well. I have been purchasing the Toolcraft bolts recently after a badly machined one i got from PSA. If you ever need another check out these http://www.monmouthreloading.com/shop/ar15-toolcraft-black-nitride-bcg/ They can be had cheaper with the 9310 bolt at WC Armory and Right To Bear (great place for parts)

I almost always buy PSA's blem "premium" bcg. They usually have a little rough machining inside (who cares) but they have functioned perfectly in a dozen rifles. Never have had one fail.

I had a premium PSA BCG that caused problems as it was out of spec. The bolt would hang up as it was way too tight. I replaced it with a Bravo company BCG and never would buy another PSA part again. Other parts of that build were out of spec too.

I myself have never had problems with any PSA bolts, four rifles going strong. I buy my own lowers, build them and then mate them with a PSA bolt and upper receiver. I had one issue with a PSA upper that was blemished and customer service requested pictures. They gave me the option of returning it or getting a $50 refund. I stay away from their blemished stuff though.

I haven't seen any performance reports on those nitride bolts -- it'll be interesting to see how they perform.

Like the previous poster, I've used a handful of PSA premium BCGs and bolts and they've done well in light duty/sporting/recreational shooting.
