I know we have an Accessories and Optics sub forum here at The High Road but this is so shotgun specific I decided to put this here.

It is a red dot sight that also has 4 lasers that you can adjust to frame the pattern of your load out of your shotgun.

I think that would make for pretty fast target acquisition.

I think the lasers would be angled so the area encompassed by the four laser points would become larger as the distance from the sight increased, I'm just not sure how closely it would correspond to your actual shotgun pattern spread.

I thought hunters took turkeys at some distance. I wonder if the lasers will reach out that far.

Once calibrated, it seems like it would be most useful in a training and familiarization role rather than actual use. "THAT's my spread, at that door/tree/etc?"

Also, I'm not sure it sits high enough. Maybe some extra rails and mounts can be used. Perhaps a ladder.

I mounted a cheap red-dot on some youth model single-shot 20 gauges for grandkids use in deer/turkey hunting. One day during bird season, after sighting one in on slugs, I loaded a bird load and proceeded down the woods road to meet my son at the blueberry fields. Suddenly, a grouse flushed about 20 yards to my right, going partly away, then swung across the road, about 35 yards away. I cocked and mounted the little gun and put the dot about 18" ahead of the bird and fired. I was amazed that I killed it, since it was the first time I'd hit a flying bird with a single shot gun. Since then, I've thought about putting one on my 1100 Special Field 12ga, but have resisted...so far.
