The feel of the grip and easier to grip and rack the slideJust curious, but was there a particular reason she went with RM380?
I think the Pico's ergonomics suck, I think the Kahr can be okay, but it takes a lot of time to make it okay, the Glock .380 is too big and expensive, the S&W Bodyguard I haven't considered much because the Ruger .380's, both LCP and LC380, are so good for the price and performance it's hard to beat, but it's also hard to shoot.
I think an LCR or S&W J frame is a better option. I can shoot a snub revolver much more accurately than I can a pocket .380 and if it helps me, it will likely help her too.
Kahr has a seven round extended magazine for the CW380. The bottom of the magazine has a collar around it which lets you get three fingers on the grip. That makes it as tall as the CT380. Otherwise, there are only two differences between them. The CT380's slide is half an inch longer and the bottom half inch of the grip is full size instead of just the collar around the CW380's extended magazine.
The CW380 with the extended magazine disappears in the front pocket of my jeans. I haven't had a chance to see if the CT380's greater size makes it more noticeable.
One review I read claims that pressure from the little finger on the CW380's extended magazine causes failures to feed. I have no idea if that was an isolated case or evidence of a chronic problem.
