With a just-right combination of weapon, clothing, and environment, I like so-called “strong-side” carry, a bit forward of the point of the hip, or, right at 0300, outside the belt. That checked two of the OWB boxes, but being positioned, much of the time, a bit between those two, “Other” seemed appropriate, too.

Sometimes, the “primary” weapon migrates a bit forward, and moves inside the trousers, to AIWB, such as an SP101 in a JM Custom Kydex “George” holster. Sometimes, there is the snub-gun at AIWB, and an equal or larger weapon at 0300.

I am unfamiliar with the Sneaky Pete, but sometimes use a Safepacker, at about 0300. This seems to qualify as both “strong side OWB at hip bone,” as well as forward of hip bone, plus being a concealment pack.

I checked the box for off-body, to doubly-cover the Safepacker, plus, due to how often I have a weapon in my “camera bag.” (Actually, I am a serious photographer, often having an obvious camera with me.) Notably, I believe in having a weapon on my person, on or near the “strong” side hip. A weapon in a bag/pack is virtually never my only weapon.

I checked the “Other” box, additionally, because I often carry two guns, and the “second” gun, which is not necessarily “secondary” in size or cartridge, may be on an ankle, in an Andrews Monarch shoulder rig, or other location.

Sometimes, when really deep concealment is needed, with particular clothing, I carry IWB just behind the “strong” hip. This is not very comfortable, for very long, but sometimes the concealbility factor is necessary, short-term. I did not check that box.
