Only a select few folks live in an area which would allow the same data to remain correct even within a single season, let alone an entire year.

Use jbmballistics online or a phone app to calculate. Print it out. Take it to kinkos and laminate it.
If you’re reasonably skilled with a computer cut and paste the data into a spread sheet and massage the format and fonts to save space and be more readable before printing.
To the point above, make dope cards for different density altitudes.

Hornady has a ballistics calculator on their website that after you enter your data and click calculate, will show you the table with a print button.
They also have a free ballistic calculator that you can install on your phone or tablet. It works offline so you don't have to have a signal to use it. I put it on an old Samsung Android based tablet and it works great.

Agree with it being a waste of time/money.
I use Strelok Pro with Kestrel input and several MVs taken at different temperatures. Just about every time I shoot at distance, the data is different based on wind, temp, humidity and pressure. Strelok will export either an image or spreadsheet format.
I think IF you are going to go "analog" a "way" is to get the APP and calculate dope based on the current condition "range" and plan on updated it at least seasonally.

having something on paper is DEFINITELY important if you're doing practical shooting. If i'm not on the clock, and it's not freezing/sleeting/raining, i'll pull out my iphone and calculate the exact conditions. But as long as you have different DA cards, first round hits on 1-2MOA targets is definitely doable with a printed dope chart

Density altitude changes too much for ONE card to remain valid for variable weather conditions. You might see a few thousand feet difference within a few days, let alone changing seasons.
And of course, if your powder is at all temperature sensitive, you’ll also need another entire set of cards for shifting muzzle velocity.
Changing powder lots? Again, shift in MV.
A person is best suited by a detailed DOPE book, and living in a ballistic app. If a guy really wants to live on paper, then they need to know their MV drift with various temperatures, then print a SET of range cards, changing the DA every 1,000ft or so, for each chosen muzzle velocity.
And my biggest nit to pick with the idea of paying someone for this: it’s 2018, anyone reading this forum has the means to produce their own cards. Hell, if the OP wants a set, I’d be happy to run the calculator myself and email the set of cards for him to print.

Are we talking about bench rest or hunting, or both?

I've never shot beyond 200. I just know 4 clicks will get me where I need to be.

I use the Hornady online calculator and print off a little cheat sheet out to a realistic distance and keep it in the ammo box. I just do like 400 yards in 50 yard increments.
I have a couple smart phone apps I can use if I’m out at the shooting bench but for hunting purposes I just need a cheat sheet out to realistic hunting distances.

200yrds is point blank range.
Hunting, bench, precision rifle, or backyard plinking - get way out there and the environmentals matter a lot.
