Hi all,
I've always bought my firearms from a gun shop or gun show, occasionally through private sale. I've never frequented an online auction site like Gunbroker - though I'm sure with the vast selection provided by the 'net, one could dig up a few good deals. As I've filled my needs for firearms for SD and hunting, I've been branching more into my "curiosities" - "fun guns" and firearms with historical significance.
From a precursory look, Buy It Now auctions seem to be fairly on-par with market standard for new & widely available firearms; I would imagine that the auctions could reveal some great deals, especially with regards to older firearms.
Who's found some great deals on Gunbroker and what were they? Seems like a great place to sell without taking such a hit as would be felt with a LGS/pawn shop - but I don't know too many people immediately who've used it too much.
Many thanks,
Leif
