PSA has (as of 28/9/ 18) a complete AR10 lower carbine type for about $180 and a complete 18 inch stainless barrel upper for $300 .....ummmm…. .308 goodness for $480 and transfer. Of course like all their cheapest deals no rear sight or magazine, but hey....

Bunch of nice builds. This past week I built a 10.3" pistol.
LAR/Grizzly A2 Upper
Used an existing PSA lower
Replaced (sold afterward) Blade 1.0 with Blade 2.0 brace
6-hole (skinny) handgrips
Believe it's a Ballistic Advantage 10.3" barrel w/ fsb and delta assembly I purchased from Andro. (5.56 / 1:7)
Brownells coated gas tube (carbine)
Hope to test today.

Nice builds. I almost ordered one of the pistol kits from PSA when they were on sale a few weeks ago, but I’m not a fan of the Blade pistol brace.
I really like the look of your build with the A2 upper, but then that just be because I carried and used an A2 for year.
I need to bet busy and finish the build I have started. I just picked up the muzzle break the other day.

Building Legos, er AR's, is fun.

Expensive but fun.

I ordered another lower Thursday (to beat the November elections) and with another smooth side upper on the way may go with a pistol build on this one. It will be a parts build as I do not want the arm brace and want a shorter barrel.

Not in love with either Blade. Have a SBA3 on one which I like better, especially being compatible with a mil-spec carbine tube. Wish it was scaled down a little. But either way, they beat paying a shakedown tax for a sbr.

I just did one of these.

The lower was $149, stainless bbl A2 style 18” upper for 299. So $449 for the complete AR-10 carbine sans rear sight & mags.

My lower came with Magpul stock/grip, and their EPT trigger which was a VERY nice surprise, especially considering the price.

Over quality is good not great. Fairly large upper/lower gap at rear, and forward assist could fit better. But for the price a good buy.

I put on a nice Burris 1-4x I had. No problems at all so far and accuracy seems good but I’ve only just finished it and shot it twice, 100 rds. total.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive decent AR-10 I’d give this a look.

Bought a .450 Bushmaster upper from Midway for $399 and mated it to my Ruger AR556 lower...

Bought a PSA PA-10 Gen 2 lower with Magpul furniture for $149. Thinking about doing a 6.5 Creedmoor upper for fun.
