Citori "oiled" finish

The Citori Gran Lightning with the grade v/vi "oiled finish" stock, is that really oiled, and could it be buffed up for a little more gloss?

After two days and 50+ views I guess I'll try Shotgun World for an answer.........................................Thanks anyways folks:thumbup:
