that reminds me , its time to break out the new in the box Red Rider BB gun and park it by the tree, its a present to myself i have every year .

Gave SWMBO one of those many years ago, and also Doug and Bob's version: A beer in a tree. I didn't have the parts for Jeff Foxworthy's version, some parts to a Mustang GT.

Got my tree up and decorated last week.

Every year, I take the family out to pick a nice Christmas AR to put up in the living room and decorate

Now that I'm grown up, I should take advantage of sales and get myself that Red Ryder...

The ol lady puts scarfs and or wreaths on my deer mounts in the back room.

Y’all got it all too good. My wife inherited a Christmas village from her aunt who passed at an early age. My wife remembers her aunt well and how much she loved Christmas and making others happy. My skull mounts sit on top of the entertainment center all year, but December is the month of the Christmas village. The deer go to the kitchen and lay flat on the top of the pantry. I do my part though and put some random critters around the Christmas town and place hunters near the duck pond, and near the sleigh.
