My Lyman 1200 Turbo Tumbler just went on the fritz. Does anyone know what type of warranty those have or if I'm just better off going to Bass Pro and buying a new one

You might take a look at the wiring inside being that they do shake like crazy and many 'die' from a wire coming off that often can be soldered back on. Unless you find the motor shaft has snapped off or something similarly catastrophic...it might be a simple repair. Worth a shot!:)

Good idea. This is the 2nd Lyman tumbler I've had do this

Good luck with Lyman. They wouldn't even answer my 2 complaints for defective die sets years ago. I haven't bought any of their products since.

Anybody ever used one of these? Is this a tumbler that you use dry media or liquid?

I have one of these. It is a dry tumbler. It's very well made and makes less noise than the refrigerator in my garage while running. It doesn't tumble any better than the cheap ones I have owned. The cheap ones didn't last very long for me and I paid a little extra for this hoping it will last. I have had it about three years now.
