My 2400 died and I just bought a 1200 and swapped the bowls

You might take a look at the wiring inside being that they do shake like crazy and many 'die' from a wire coming off that often can be soldered back on. Unless you find the motor shaft has snapped off or something similarly catastrophic...it might be a simple repair. Worth a shot!

Good luck with Lyman. They wouldn't even answer my 2 complaints for defective die sets years ago. I haven't bought any of their products since.

Looks like dry to me. They want a lot of money for it, too.

I would suggest Buy a Lortone . Mine has been running since the 1970's

I have one of these. It is a dry tumbler. It's very well made and makes less noise than the refrigerator in my garage while running. It doesn't tumble any better than the cheap ones I have owned. The cheap ones didn't last very long for me and I paid a little extra for this hoping it will last. I have had it about three years now.
