Got this email today from Walther.

Who's gonna try a PPQ now? I haven't checked into the details so not sure what the terms are, but if you are on the fence about a PPQ this should help push you over.

Got PPQ 45acp and 9mm within last month. Love the 45...not so sure about 9mm (I'm just not a 9mm fan).

I know polymer guns aren't exactly known for being aesthetically pleasing, but this thing looks like a slightly warmed over Hi-Point.

Is there any one here who cam compare the Walther PPQ to the HK VP9 ?

Ultra long time lurker. Just signed up last night.

Like the vp quite a bit more. Better trigger, accuracy.
Minus that hole in the back of the slide, where you can see the striker is cocked, it does let in dirt, lint, crumbs, dust, etc etc. considering the little metal piece from hkparts, but 30-40$ for a little piece of metal, in a live with a small piece of gorilla tape covering it.

Walther ppq is NO SLOUCH what so ever.
Only my preference. Your opinion may vary.

I have handle both and shot only, my VP9. But, just for me the VP9 is a tad better in ergo and balance comparing to the Walther.
VP-9 trigger is incredible nice to shoot fast.

I own both the PPQ and VP9. IMO both are excellent top tier striker fired pistols. The trigger is better on my PPQ but the VP9 trigger is very nice also. I can't pick a favorite between the two. As always it is best to try both out if possible and see if you like shooting one better than the other.

In dry handling I felt the PPQ had a slight, very slight, edge in trigger but the VP9 was superior ergonomically. I found a Vp9 tactical at the right price and went with that, though there was a lingering customer service experience with Walther that could have been a tie breaker in favor of another manufacturer.

Have a PPQ M1 in 9 and a M2 in 45. The 45 fits me a bit better. Triggers are nice. Would like to have a VP 9 as well,,,,

When got my VP9 had the prom with 4 mags and p market price intro.
I dont know PPQ price now, but to reach a piece of the market Walther has to put CS, price and disponibility.

How many rounds can take the PPQ in .45 cal.
At this pace will see more on the belts, ammo became affordable and if can 12 or 13. Will be my pick.
