I broke the stem on my 6.5 Credmoor sizing die the other day. I called them and in just a couple days they sent me a replacement and a spare at no charge. That is what I call great customer service after the sale!! That is why I have been used there products since 1971 when I started reloading.

I stuck a case in a RCBS sizing die last year and in the process of getting it out mangled everything but the die and lock ring. I emailed them what I had done, made it abundantly clear it was all my fault, told them I was willing, able and intended to pay and they sent me all the parts I needed and 4 more depriming pens free of charge. They wouldn’t even let me pay the shipping! Two days and I had the parts. I’m a dyed in the wool RCBS fan for life!

I called them for a broken decapping pin on my small base .223 dies and they sent me multiple replacement pins and a complete stem. They sent a primer tray for my '81 RCBS RS single stage press I was given, even though I hadn't purchased it. They've sent primer arms and other stuff, and even when I tried to pay for stuff, they said no, not necessary. My next press will also say RCBS on it.

They have always been this way. Its good to hear that they still are. The last time that I needed something it took longer than a few days but I used Email vs telephone. Like the above posters, it was free despite the fact that I stated that it was my fault. And yeah, most of my bench is green

I bought a Pistol Tube Bullet Feed Die from RCBS and so far love it. The big drawback and complaint with it has been the plastic fingers that fit inside the die. While learning to use this tool I took a chip out of the original piece. I called RCBS for replacement parts. Sorry but it took 4 tries to get the correct part for this. During this experience I talked with 4 different people and received 4 different part numbers for the same part. The directions with the parts breakdown does not even include part numbers, just vague descriptions.

Good thing I requested these before I actually needed them.
