I recently purchased a 1911 magazine in 38 Super for an Officer's (compact) grip.
Long story short, it took a month to get and when I got it, it would not fit into the magwell. Not even close. It would not fit in a government size .45ACP either. I am enclosing some pictures to see if anyone here can help identify it. I thought it may be a Coonan in 38 Special but the round would not fit into the magazine. I am thinking a .30 Caliber but don't have one to try. Any thoughts from the masses? Thanks.
