.308, howa 1500 HB varminter, federal fusion 150 gr,

Ruger 77-22 --- Snakes and problem critters at the fish farm
Remington 600 in 222 Remington --- Coyotes and problem critters at the fish farm
Remington 700 PSS in 223 Remington --- Prairie Dogs and problem critters at the fish farm
Remington 700 Custom in 308 Winchester --- Deer
Remington 700 Custom in 300 WSM --- Deer at longer range
Ruger #1 in 45-70 --- Deer at short range

I shoot my handloads in all of these except the rimfire. I also shoot my own cast bullet in the 45-70.

I know the OP said rifles but:

I have killed Deer with several of my handguns using hand loads and my cast bullet.
Remington 1100 2-3/4 in 12 gauge for Dove and Squirrel
Benelli SBE 3-1/2 in 12 gauge for Duck and Turkey

Since you said hunt and/or kill I can name a few. I didn't kill anything last fall. I hunted hard for elk in Colorado for 7 days last fall and sorta put all of my eggs in that basket. I did very little hunting locally before or after that trip. But I did get out a few times

I used my Wincehster 70 EW in 308 with McMillan for elk and most of my local hunts. It has sorta become my go-to rifle for everything. But I made it into the woods with the following at least once last year.

KImber 84M 308
Winchester 70 SS Classic with McMillan 30-06

During Turkey season I carried my 24" Benelli M-1 12 ga

None. I didn't do any hunting at all. Paper, steel, and caliche rocks were my only victims. All were suffering from rigor mortis before I got to them. :D

Kill=Nothing. Hunted for deer but time didn't allow for elk last year. I hunted with a Sako AV chambered in 338 Win Mag which is (temporarily) shelved. Working on getting a new (to me) rifle in shape for the up coming season: Winchester model 70 stainless New Haven Classic chambered in 338, as well. The Sako is lovely but it's not stainless and the safety design doesn't inspire the same confidence the model 70 does when dragging the rifle through thick, wet brush. Hoping to remedy the empty freezer this fall/winter.

20ga and 12ga for rabbit
6mm Rem, .223 and .22LR for varmints.

My elk trip fell through but I was going to take a .264 WM. No other big game last year.

6.5 CM for one deer. While the ranch is in a 5 deer county in West Texas, I can only eat one deer a year. The critters were all keeping their heads down.

Cow Elk- Browning X-Bolt .30-06 ,180gr Accubond handloads

Buck Antelope - Kimber Montana 6.5 CM, 127gr LRX handloads

Buck Muley - Kimber Montana 6.5 CM, 127gr LRX handloads

Prarie Dogs - .223 Wylde AR-15, 69gr Nosler CC and 73gr ELD handloads

Deer: .270 and .300Win
Coyotes: .223 & 6mm SLR
Muskrats; .223
Squirrels .22LR
Pheasant: 12GA & 20
Quail: 20 & 12GA
Ducks/Geese: 12GA

Only rifle I hunted with last year was my Savage 7mm Magnum.
Hunted whitetails and black bear.
Passed up on a doe...saw a black bear but it was during deer season.

Never took the other rifles out except to shoot at the gun club.

critters: 22lr, 9mm, 38 special, 12 ga
varmint: 223, 12 ga
game bird: 12 ga
deer: 7.62x39, 357 maximum

I also deer hunted with a 25-06, a 444 marlin, and a 30-40 krag last year but the 7.62x39 and 357 max took all the meat.

Don't laugh, the only rifle I own at the moment is a Crickett. To date:
8 rats (I live near a rail line they haul trash from NYC on)
14 squirrels
2 rabbits
1 woodchuck
1 raccoon
All the rats killed were done with Aquila Super Colibri, the rest CCI Minimags.

I have shot a lot of different rifles/cartridges over the past year, but I haven't hunted since moving to TX ... more's the pity. :(

After a couple more days, maybe somebody will make a spreadsheet that compiles the cartridges used and figures out which are the most used? It probably won't be me, but the most popular deer cartridge will probably be the 30-06.
