Has Anyone Decided When They'll Call It Quits?

I've pretty much quit now. I was blessed to raise my now 18 year old grandson. He does the majority of the reloading now. I just watch and supervise some. Pretty soon all I will have to do is shoot:)
Oh wow, what a terrible cross you have too carry. Downloading and only shooting? How can you take it!!! :D

Kidding aside, well done teaching a young one to load and also for raising him. I agree, you are blessed.

I'm fairly confident that the "progressive" left, no pun intended, will make anything firearms-related way too costly or outright illegal well before I may suffer some sort of physical or mental state of deterioration.

You need to consider that the progressive left operates in stages. They constantly size up their opposition to reshape the public opinion. You need to remember to keep your powder dry. When discussing these issues with others, inspect their jackets and consider them as leads. I know that many people have hard cast opinions and so must be pulled to our side. This is not a complete description but just a primer on the subject. :D

I'm a sexigenarian (sounds cooler than it is). I find myself (after 52 years of handloading) needing to triple check every step during the loading process. Any signs of dementia and all shooting activities will cease.

Now I have even less understanding; I conclude you don't want to or can't communicate whatever it is you're trying to say.

Best of luck.
