The Super Blue works better. It’s pretty easy but not very durable.Nice! I have some touch ups I need to do on a few guns, is the Perma Blue easy to use?
Stay safe.
I nicked a barrel with a punch installing a dovetailed sight (before I got the right stuff to do it ) so I won't need too much coverage. I'll look for the Super Blue on the shelves locally. The Super Blue works better. It’s pretty easy but not very durable.

Thanks, Stay safe.
I didn’t remove the barrel to blue it. Still have to put a main spring in it, been having light primer strikes.Very nice.
Now how does it shoot?
Shouldn't be any different, if they didn't have to remove the barrel to blue it separately.
I’m going to order a new spring.Light strikes particularly in DA are often a result of someone bending the mainspring and going too far. You MAY be able to rebend it to achieve better results. Work gently in small increments and try it often. Be aware the spring can easily break if you take it too far.
