Apologize in advance if this is wrong forum?

I had a package of assorted size (1", 1 1/2" & 2" IIRC) orange target dots that are perfect for my eyes/scopes which I believe were Caldwell brand, but not sure.

35573035422_acf1b4333c_n.jpg This is a 1" paster. Bracket a corner w/cross hairs makes for precise aim point. Can even shoot multiple groups on same paster for group comparison using opposite target.

Have searched for these online and local stores and cannot find them anywhere. Anyone have a lead on where they might be found?

Thanks,
hps

I tried a Google image search, and I found a package of 1” and 2” square targets called Caldwell Target Shooting Squares. They might be discontinued, because the only place I could find them was eBay:

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/290716448306

They’re from a high-volume seller with a great rating and they’re only $9, so if you have an eBay account you’re good to go.

Thank you, Sir! Don't have an ebay account but will see what hoops I need to jump through. Strange, I googled several times and these never came up. Wonder if Amazon/Google (I do have Amazon account) hijacked my search?

Amazon had some plain 1" and 2x3" only.

Thanks again!

hps

I bought what appears to be the same thing from Midway - they handle a lot of Caldwell brands.....

Thanks everyone for the help
I tried a Google image search,

Just noticed the "image search". Had not heard of that, how does that work?

Thanks again, I have two packages on order!!

@ Rustcollector, that would probably work fine for me, but having trouble seeing the 1" square @ 100 yds, so the Caldwell 2" fills that bill. Appreciate the help, though!

@Jim Watson and ATLDave, youse guys are great. This would be another port in a storm.

Thanks, all, for your help. Just goes to prove the old saw, "Two heads is better than mine!"

Amazon has what you're looking for. I don't know why they didn't show up in your search.
https://www.amazon.com/Caldwell-Ora...ywords=caldwell+target&qid=1568914254&sr=8-56

They also have some by Birtchwood & Casey:
https://www.amazon.com/Birchwood-Ca...ywords=caldwell+target&qid=1568914399&sr=8-30

Thanks, Mal. I did see that page on Amazon, and they list 1 and 2" Squares, but when you click on the options, they do not say square, so I assumed they were the round ones pictured??

Thanks,
hps

It’s a little different depending on what browser and what device you’re using, but at the top of the Google page there should be an “image” option. That searches images only, so it’s a great way to look things up if you know what it looks like but you don’t know exactly what it’s called. Then you can click on the image and go directly to the website where the image is.

Thanks, I'll check into it!

I agree, that is confusing. The text says "squares", but the selection menu only lists 3 different "spots" (round). But, does it matter if they are round or square?

Unfortunately, it does make a difference to my 83 year old eyes :(. I used to find it easy to quarter the correct size round dot (made even easier with variable power scopes) but as the years roll by I find it much more precise to frame a square target with the crosshairs than center a round target.

Thanks to all the help from HR members here, I may have picked up the last two packages of my favorite targets in the country this morning!:thumbup:

I print these cheap (Not much ink) targets for 100 yard shooting. Easy to see in a good scope.

Years ago, that would have worked for me; today I would not be able to tell where my crosshairs ended and the target began. That's why I had to quit shooting HP competition with service rifle; front post and bottom of bullseye blended together causing vertical strings.
The orange square, framed by crosshairs gives me the contrast my old eyes need. Black on black, not so much, but thanks.

Fortunately, I had made and scanned a 1" target and found a 2" on line but color doesn't give as much contrast as the Caldwell so I'll make up a 2" when I receive the target spots. Here's what I'm using in the meantime.
