I have this wonderful 12 ga from 1968. It has an 18in barrel. It is awful fun to shoot. Very reliable and good looking. Anyone have one and like it? A home defense weapon for sure. I keep it loaded with 0 buckshot.
'Pics or it didn't happen' is a THR staple. Never been a fan of them myself, more an 870 guy, but my Dad likes them; He had one for a patrol car shotgun for 27 years.
I owned a 1300 (same gun, chambered for 3" shells) for some time. Never had a pump that was slicker. Made an 870 or Mossberg 500 feel clunky by comparison. Wish I'd kept it.

Close...I have a Model 1300 in 20 gauge that I bought a couple of extra barrels for. Makes for nifty home defense shotgun with the 18" barrel and a nice upland game gun with the 22" barrel.
