I have issued with my RCBS powder dropper. When I use powder like H110 or 2400 my powder dropper gets powder built up in the dropper I can hardly cycle the handle up and down. Any ideas?

Not sure what exactly you are talking about. Are you talking about a uniflow powder measure or something else?

Are you using a manual handle to throw charges or a case activated linkage?

Is powder bridging in the output side, stuck to the sides of the hopper or binding the steel drum in the cast iron housing?

Try disassembling the unit and then rubbing some powdered graphite on the surfaces of the rotating drum and the "cylinder" it fits into.

It won't totally solve your problem, but it'll probably make it less noticeable and annoying.

I had a similar problem with my Ideal #5 measure with H110. I always assumed it was because the H110 is such a fine-grained ball powder that some of the kernals would get between the drum and the housing and bind up. I've never tried it in a Uniflow but you are apparently having the same issue. Some lubrication might help.

I started using a Belding and Mull Visible that doesn't have a rotating drum. That's a great measure that is good for bulky extruded powders too. They are still available on Ebay from time to time.

Do you mean "drop tube"??? Hmmm? I often cut granules, but never suffer from bridging of granules any where in the device.

One more question I would add to what jmorris asked above is how many grains are you trying to throw and if it is the Quick Change, are you using the rifle or pistol assembly?

Perhaps a picture would do, because I can't imagine what you're trying to explain here.

If more than a fine layer of H110 is sticking somewhere, I suspect contamination of the surface. Wipe it down with a paper towel, wipe it down again with a dryer sheet, and it should throw anything.

Static electricity can be a problem. When I drop a charge of powder I always tap the handle at the bottom of the stroke to clear the powder out of the drop tube. Just lift the handle slightly near the bottom of the stroke and tap it down firmly. Another thing, I never screw the drop tube tightly into the threads, I back it off a couple of threads and the looseness helps to clear the powder. I haven't tried it but I like the idea of wiping the inside of the tube and drop tube with a dryer sheet because it also should remove static electricity.

The handle will hardly cycle up and down. I take it apart, clean everything and I'm good for around 50 cycles then it locks up again.

I've had that issue with lesser (Lee) measures, but my Uniflow doesn't pass grains into the gap.

You might call RCBS.
