It's called Glock flock. Only found on the guns of owners who unbox, actually lubricate their guns, then stash them on the high shelf in the closet and forget about them. Also known as navel models.
Good think you checked!I forgot about a SW 99 that I stuffed between the cushions of a couch for 6-8 years. When I carried the couch to the curb for our yearly bulk trash day I decided to check for money, knives, remotes, etc. Hey I found a gun! It looked pretty darn close to that there Glock.
That's basically it. It didnt choke or anything. Some people are pretty neglectful of their EDC. That's more or less what the OP opened up for discussion. Anything else I can do?"My brother in law carrys his glock 36 in his pocket all year long and when we went shooting last, he pulled it from his pocket in pretty much exactly this condition or worse."
And....?
It's clean now, of course. Wasn't like it took a pressure washer or anything, it was just a bunch of lint form pocket carry (I'm guessing). A clean nylon brush was all that was really needed.Poor Glock(s). Probably carried in a purse or maybe in his shoe. Will there be before and after pics at sale? Probably not.

I do, but I've spent enough time chasing springs and other small parts blasted across the room.If you have access to a small air compressor. It will clean lint out in 2 seconds. Almost a must if you CCW every day.
