Ole Beto's brain comes to a screeching halt

Somebody in the media just made sense. Y’all better be playing nice and hoping you don’t have to eat a lot of crow because hell has a frost warning tonight.

Its nice though, Biden got a reality check last night, in the form of his spiraling toilet bowl of a bank account, Beto has the news media asking him questions that make his brain hurt, Harris has basically given up, Bernie is recovering physically but the heart attack killed his political career... it’s up to Warren at this point.

With a Trump-Warren race it’s going to be hard to not make cowboys and Indians jokes.

Something he fails to comprehend. If a felon, or other restricted person, had a gun, he cannot be required by law to turn it in, as this would violate his 5th Amend right on self incrimination.

Therefore, any voluntary turn in law would have to specifically exempt felons and restricted persons, the very people they say they are try to keep guns away from.

(Nevermind the fact that criminals usually aren't all that interested in "illegal"...)

Very interesting take, and a direction few would ever consider.

But what if they don’t identify as a felon?

Beto has spilled the beans and now he's being hung out to dry. But the more he is allowed to blab, the more he exposes the true intent behind the perpetual Progressive push for a ban. That these firearms are the closest thing to military arms that a civilian can access makes them the most effective weapons available to combat tyranny, and that places them under the protection of the Second Amendment more solidly than any other class of small arms. It is also why the Left are so afraid of them, explains the disproportionate focus on these firearms, and explains the Progressive desire to abolish the Second Amendment. But since Progressives falsely claim to love peace, and love the planet, and to be the one true Mother and Provider of All, the weak-minded have been sucked into forfeiting freedom and supporting their oppressive agenda via false promises of health, wealth, and security.

And by the way, this issue has been before the Supreme Court, and because of this, felons and restricted persons are specifically exempted from the requirements of the 1934 NFA.

And incidentally, "restricted" encompasses people under 17 with rifles and under 21 with pistols even if they have a perfectly clean record.
