Find what feels best in your hand, and go for it. For me, a 1911 feels a little better than my Hi-Powers, and MUCH better than my Glocks.

He may still feel the same about a Beretta with a Brigadier slide, but for clarity, the 92X models don't have the Brigadier slide.
Exactly. Thank you for the clarification. And for the Beretta 92X performance, I haven't seen or handled it in any gun stores I've visited. I've only seen the videos. Might be an exciting addition to your favorite metal framed 9mm.

Boberg Shorty, now called the Bond Bullpup pistol
Are you okay with no lock-back on the last shot? I am bothered by that, honestly. The clip is rather short, too, so reloads are a very near possibility.

I'll take my Kahr K9---9mm that fits my hand well and shoots great---bought it many years ago (it's carbon steel) before they made stainless guns.

Love my Colt Combat Commander in .45 acp, perfect for ccw. The Browning HP has always been a favorite. I've found that for some reason the CZ 75 Compact feels a lot like my Hi Power, and its an excellent shooting gun. Imagine the Cz 75 has the same qualities.

Not current production but definitely worth the hunt. Hi power hands down. You want class and a great metal gun. P7m8. Current production. Find a Wilson 92 vertec. Great piece. Get the one that has had the trigger tenderly kissed:thumbup:

CZ75B

Dont own one but I have shot one many times. If I had to pick one then this would be it 100% of the time.

Just got this yesterday . It's my dream gun next to a Singer Sewing Machine Company 1911. It's a IWI Jericho 941 all steel full size. It's heavy and will last me and my son's life and maybe be passed on down. It's a tank ! FullSizeR (12).jpg IMG_5745.jpg

I like my Sig P228. It just feels right in my hands and I shoot it pretty well, too

Stay safe.
