I have always found, and continue to find, the technical expertise of those who have gone beyond the average level of technical expertise, completely fascinating. Even when the details often leave my competency well behind.
While I know, in a general sense, the electrical definitions of anode and cathode, the specifics when used with x-rays are bit more obscure. I get to a similar place when people discuss weak versus strong nitrogen bonding.
Which often makes me wonder what things I might know that have a similar effect.
